Village in Korça disappears from the system, due to a lawyer's mistake

A few days ago, the show "Stop" on TV Klan broadcast the problem of Rushi Myrtollari, a resident of the village of Porodinë in Korça, who complained that his old house was not being legalized, while the new building built in 2013 has been provided with a legalization permit.
According to him, measurements for both buildings were carried out in 2024, but he was told that the old building was not included in the system.
In a 2021 response from the Korça Cadastre Directorate, it is stated that the citizen does not have a legal ownership document for the old building and the relevant plot.
Also, for the village of Porodinë, "list 001" of lands and houses is not available, which has blocked the continuation of the procedure.
After inquiry, the Cadastre clarified that because the village had not been previously confirmed by the former municipality, the standard land list procedure could not be followed.
"Stop" returned to Korça and it turns out that the letter was sent in December, but there was a slip by the lawyer, as the request instead of going to the Bulgarec unit, where the citizen is, for confirmation, was sent to Vithkuq. In addition to the slip, there was no response from the Vithkuq unit either, stating that this citizen does not belong to that unit. /STOP show
