Vladimir Gjuta and Mirvete Rexhmati (Gjuta) are the two people arrested for the criminal offense of "Failure to Report a Crime", in connection with the injury of an 18-year-old woman in the Sauk area.

Meanwhile, Erisjan Gjuta , 22, who turns out to be the young woman's boyfriend, has been declared wanted . According to reports, he is the nephew of Vladimir Gjuta.

Vladimir Gjuta is not an unknown name to the police. On February 20, 2020, he was arrested after being caught with a gun near the headquarters of the Socialist Party of Albania , where Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present at the time .

After his arrest, Gjuta was charged with "Unlicensed Possession of Combat Weapons" and "Unlicensed Possession of Cold Weapons."

Also, years ago he was involved in a conflict with former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri and was accused of being one of the perpetrators of placing a quantity of TNT in the pharmacy of the former minister's father.
