He threatened the director of IKMT Shkodër over the phone after the building was demolished, the 38-year-old is being prosecuted

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Shkodra Police Commissariat have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and have initiated proceedings against citizen VM, 38 years old, resident of Velipojë, following a report made by the Director of the IKMT in Shkodra, Emiljan Nika.

Nika reported that the 38-year-old threatened her over the phone, for weak motives.

The incident is suspected to be related to the demolition of a building in Velipojë by IKMT, where citizen Vitor Marku, involved in this process, threatened Director Nika after the Inspectorate's intervention.

In relation to this matter, VM has been released on bail, while investigations are continuing to fully unravel the incident.
