The dynamics of the incident that occurred yesterday afternoon (April 11) in Lezha, which involved 6 young people, two of whom have been arrested while four others are wanted, have been revealed.
Two of the arrested, both residents of the "Mother Teresa" neighborhood, are:
– Fatjon Gjini, 34 years old, for the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury” committed in collaboration, “Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth”, “Disturbance of public peace”, and “False statement before a judicial police officer”;
– Ervin Nika, 37 years old, for the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury” committed in collaboration”, “Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth” and “Disturbance of public peace”.
The following citizens were also declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration, and "Disturbance of public peace", Redian Margjonaj, 20 years old, resident of Tale, Kevin Ndoka, 20 years old, AD, 15 years old, and AM, 17 years old.
The dynamics of the conflict that occurred yesterday afternoon in Lezha are becoming clearer.
The citizens involved in the conflict have been identified, two of them have been arrested, while four other citizens have been declared wanted.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Lezha Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the "Eagle" Special Force and the National Security Force, Shkodra Unit, intervened immediately after receiving notification of a conflict that occurred, at noon on 11.04.2025, in the city of Lezha.
Initially, a physical clash between two citizens was reported, but after in-depth investigations, examination of video footage and collection of evidence, actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, it became possible to fully clarify the incident and identify all persons involved in a conflict for weak motives.
Following the actions, two citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto, both residents of the "Mother Teresa" neighborhood, Lezhë:
* F. Gj., 34 years old, for the criminal offenses of “Intentional serious injury” committed in collaboration, “Actions that impede the discovery of the truth”, “Disturbance of public peace”, and “False statement before a judicial police officer”;
* EN, 37 years old, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury committed in collaboration", "Actions that impede the discovery of the truth" and "Disturbance of public peace".
The following citizens were also declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration, and "Disturbance of public peace", namely: RM, 20 years old, resident of Tale, KN, 20 years old, AD, 15 years old, and AM, 17 years old.
On 11.04.2025, at 12:02, in the city of Lezha, citizens F. Gj. and EN, hit citizen RM with strong weapons, whereupon citizen RM, together with his three friends, (all 4 declared wanted) hit citizen F. Gj. with a vehicle, and then hit him with strong weapons, causing physical injuries.
Lezha Police continue to work to fully document the event and to capture the wanted persons.
The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, for further action.
