Lala said that he cannot speak by name, because there are no persons convicted by final decision.
He added that a search was also conducted at a residence in the south of the country.
"There are a total of 20 search warrants from SPAK on Balluku's relatives. These people are considered innocent, until there is a final decision for them, this should be said from the beginning. There have been searches in several residential areas of southern Albania. One of Ms. Balluku's drivers has also been questioned.
It is suspected that these are assets acquired through an incorrect tender procedure. Ms. Balluku is a defendant for the Llogara Tunnel, while she is under investigation for the Unaza e Madhe lots. All arrest warrants have been executed. Two SPAK prosecutors went personally to conduct inspections and the BKH agents were not aware of where the inspections would be conducted. The inspection operations ended today,” said Lala.
