According to secret police documents, Ylli Brahja is believed to have taken Roan Brahim into confidence one day and, without his knowledge, handed him over to one of the secret bases that the gambling king used to house his 'opponents'. Here, where Roan Brahimi is said to have been brutally raped for hours. And where the cause of this animal abuse is thought to have become an irrecoverable debt that he had to Ervis Martinaj. But when he came out alive from Martinaj's den and the trap prepared for him by his trusted man Ylli Brahja, Roan Brahimi swore to the latter that he had made a grave mistake with his behavior and that he would never forgive him for what he had done. But not only to him, but to all those who had participated in his violation.

Por fill pas këtij atentati të trefishtë, në mes të ditës, që tronditi seriozisht qetësinë, një tjetër atentat brenda jo më pak se një muaji, risolli edhe njëherë në vëmendje, luftën tashmë të shpallur ndaj bandës së Ervis Martinaj. E cila gjatë kësaj kohe kishte humbur mjaftueshëm ushtarë të saj, të cilët kishin mbetur të ekzekutuar pjesa më e madhe në kryeqytet. I tillë duket se ishte edhe atentati më 22 Korrik 2022, në qendër të Milotit, me 108 plumba të derdhur, ndaj Ylli Brahjas dhe Klisman Preçit. Që atë mbrëmje po ktheheshin me makinën e blinduar tip Xhip në banesë. Ku edhe këtë herë grupi hetues besoi se shpaguesi ishte Roan Brahimi. I cili pas dhunimit në bazën sekrete të Ervis Martinaj dhe pabesisë së Ylli Brahjas, ishte kthyer në setin e xhirimit të krimit si një fantazmë dhe po godiste pa mëshirë bandën e mbretit të kumarit. “Në këtë zhvillim pistash, policia kreu fillimisht kontrolle në banesën e Roan Brahimit, alias Sidorel Prendi, në fshatin Pllanë në Lezhë. Brahimi që ishte në kërkim policor edhe për ekzekutimin e Brilant Martinaj dhe miqve të tij, në mbikalimin e Fushë-Krujës, më datë 17 Korrik 2022”, thuhet në dosje.
Por ashtu sikurse pritej Roan Brahimi nuk u gjet në banesë as në atentatin e parë ndaj Brilant Martinaj dhe as në atë ndaj Ylli Brahjas. Ndërsa gjatë kontrollit, policia gjeti vetëm babain e tij, Gjovalin Prendi, i cili mohoi të kishte dijeni se ku ishte djali i tij. Gjatë intervistimit babai i Roan Brahimit, tha se nuk kishte informacion mbi të birin që prej një viti, se ku mund të ishte. Ndërkohë që ai tregoi se ata ishin rreth krushqie me Ylli Brahjan. Kjo, pasi nusja e djalit të tij, e kishte njeri të afërt. Në dëshminë e tij, babai i Roan Brahimit, Gjovalin Prendi informoi oficerët e policisë djalit i tij ndodhet prej kohësh jashtë shtetit. And that he continued to appreciate that he had good relations with Ylli Brahja's family, since in this case "I have no knowledge that my son had or has conflicts with Ylli Brahim and his people. My relationships with friends are normal and correct. That's how they have always been and will continue to be. Regarding what happened, I have to say that I am very sorry, as I have friends at home", says Gjovalin Prendi.
But the investigation team never believed this version given by Roan Brahim's father. And he continued to support the view that his son had launched a vicious vendetta against those he already considered his sworn enemies. While Roan Brahimi was also known as a close friend of Ramazan Rraja, the nephew of the socialist deputy, Rrahman Rraja. Ramazan Rraja, who removed all responsibility from himself, even though he was accompanied to the police.
Even before his name was associated with these two serious criminal events, Roan Brahimi was also known for the terror he caused together with his two friends Ramazan Rraja and Alesio Dobrozi, in a bar in the village of Zejmen in Lezha. Masked and at gunpoint, he asked for the identity cards of those present, in search of the owner of the bar, with whom they had had a fight. An event for which he was declared wanted together with the nephew of the Socialist Party deputy, Rrahman Rraja.
But while until now Roan Brahimi had been able to escape justice and his rivals, what marked his end was the murder of Gentjan Bejtja, in the yard of the latter's villa in the village of Larushk in Fushë Krujë, on the afternoon of March 15 2024. Bejtja, a well-known character for crime in Fushë Krujë and a little further, who had previously fallen prey to three other assassinations. But he was able to escape even though in one of them his children were violated and his brother-in-law was killed, at the door of the apartment. But this time his enemies had taken all measures to eliminate him at any cost. As indeed they did.
After the execution of Bejtja, Edison Haxhiu and Ilir Beqaraj, who also bore the surnames Brahimi and Mancellari, the latter brother-in-law of Roan Brahimi, were arrested. Based on this friendly relationship, investigators listed Roan Brahim as a suspect, although they failed to formally charge him. After Bejtja's assassination, which investigators say was carried out with the blessing of Nikla's bosses, Roan Brahimi continued to live quietly for two months, not knowing that he would make the last trip from Dubai to Athens. Was Brahimi executed by Nikla's bosses to shut him up, as they have done with criminals before? Or what the assassination of Roan Brahim showed, is not only the strength of Albanian crime to strike outside Albania, but also the fact that the ghost cape of Ervis Martinaj continues to walk freely.
And to surprise anyone and wherever they are, every corner that still has unwashed accounts with him. Or someone has taken the reins of Martinaj's disbanded gang and is trying to show his rivals that he is not only not dead, but can cause them pain, but as if he were alive. Or else, Ervis Martinaj may be alive and running affairs, not from the afterlife as one might think, but from the world of the living, where he may have shifted his activity, now.
