Më datë 13 Nëntor 2020 në orën 09:19, Marjus Lulaj (Suel Çela) komunikon me Hajdar Lalën , të cilit i dërgon dy fotografi, ku shquhen disa pako në formë drejtkëndshe, të presuara të mbështjella me material ngjitës me ngjyrë kafe të vendosura mbi njëra-tjetrën, dhe mbi to një material kartoni me mbishkrimin me ngjyrë të kuqe ‘MERCEDEZ, BISHA, 10-11-2020’.
Nga mënyra e paketimit dhe në kontekstin e bisedës dyshohet se në fotografi shfaqet një ngarkesë me lëndë narkotike, sasia e së cilës nuk mund të përcaktohet.
Por sërish ngarkesa është vonuar të ngjitet në anije.
Dhe këtë Suel Çelës ia thotë vetë Marsel Shega. Gjë që rrit edhe më shumë shqetësimin të porositësit e sasisë së drogës.
