The London police, to which Top Channel refers, are asking for the public's help in finding a young man who has been reported missing.

Rogers Cena, 19, has been reported missing from Peckham.

In south-east London, Peckham is known as a problematic area with high crime rates.

Cena, on the day he was last seen, said he would be going to the local store at around 3:17 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

He has not been seen since. Rogers, the London police say, lost his phone, which was found in Waltham Cross, an area unfamiliar to him.

"Not only is this an extremely vulnerable young man, but the phone was the only means he had to contact his family. Please help us get this boy back to his family."

Such police reports in various regions of England, Wales and Scotland are frequent.

And while the concern of the police or social services is legitimate, these events often have a criminal background.

Young Albanians are guaranteed residence in the UK until they are 18 years old, and then if they do not obtain permanent residence permits, they become subject to deportation to Albania.

In conditions where, on the one hand, they fear deportation and, on the other hand, face living difficulties, they become ideal targets for criminal groups.

There are numerous cases where Albanians from this age group are forced to become cannabis growers or cocaine retailers in order to survive.

There are dozens of Albanian teenagers who arrived by truck or dinghy, arrested and convicted of various criminal offenses.
