Meçollari: The opening of the submarine tunnel in Porto Palermo is illegal

Former Deputy Commander of the Naval Force, Artur Meçollari, denounces that the opening of the submarine tunnel in Porto Palermo is illegal.

In a post on Facebook where he shows the announcement of Prime Minister Rama and the Ministry of Defense about the opening of the tunnel after 32 years as a tourist attraction, Meçollari writes that the law does not allow this. He also adds that there is a decision of the Constitutional Court and a precedent, that the naval base of Saranda is currently under investigation by SPAK and under seizure.
