"He took the money and disappeared", a flood of complaints against the Lushnja lawyer

A few days ago, the show "Stop" on TV Klan showed how Lushnja's lawyer, Klotilda Kola, had defrauded several citizens by taking their money without completing any work.
At the Lushnje Chamber of Advocates, the president, Kozma Jano, said that Klotilda Kola has been unlicensed and unregistered in taxes for more than 8 years.
She has practiced her profession illegally and has deceived and stolen from citizens all this time.
The editorial office of "Stop" has received more denunciations about Klotilda Kola. She has also deceived 4 families of a tribe to obtain property certificates in Lushnja.
After they made the payments, she kept them hopeful until the day she closed her office and suddenly disappeared. Vera Kaloti says she paid 2 million lek and at the end of April, the lawyer disappeared.
Vera Kaloti, whistleblower: I paid 2 million lek. She disappeared on April 29. She never responded.
Habil Sula paid 7,500 euros and has no information about Klotilda Kola.
Habil Sula, complainant: I paid 7,500 euros and I am interested in my nephew and brother.
The same story with Tajar Sula and Pranvera Sula, from whom he took 2 thousand euros each and cut off all communication.
Tajar Sula, complainant, (brother): We sent a document to the house to make it immovable property. I wandered around the offices and couldn't find a solution. I was forced to hire a lawyer.
"Come on, I'll do it," he told me.
Journalist: Who are you talking about?
Tajar Sula, complainant, (brother): For lawyer Klotilda Kola.
Journalist: You were the first to hire the lawyer, hoping that she would solve your housing problem. How much money did you give the lawyer and what actions did she take?
Tajar Sula, complainant, (brother): 2000 euros.
Journalist: And he didn't do anything?
Tajar Sula, complainant, (brother): It's been three years and I still haven't received an answer.
Pranvera Sula, complainant (brother's daughter-in-law): I sent the money to my brother-in-law, Habil Sula. Habil Sula is engaged to the lawyer.
Journalist: How much money did you send from Italy?
Pranvera Sula, complainant (brother-in-law): I sent my brother-in-law through the bank, as she requested, 2,000 euros.
Journalist: Which apartment are you talking about, do you have an apartment in Lushnje?
Pranvera Sula, complainant (brother-in-law): In the village of Lushnja, Zhamë.
Pranvera Sula, complainant (brother's daughter-in-law): It's been almost a year and nothing. We called her from here and she told us two days before the elections: "Don't worry," she told my husband. "Everything is ready, Ardian." We want her to answer us. To give us the documents we gave her. If she hasn't done anything, to give us the money back.
In 2019, her husband, Secretary of the Taekwondo Federation, Maksim Kola, was also denounced on the show "Stop" for fraud.
The latter had promised an Irish visa for the son of a citizen, in exchange for 10 million lek./tvklan
