A conversation that, according to the prosecution, pictures the level of trafficking and the relationships with high-level criminal circles. Conversations intercepted at the "La Banda" club in Piazza Padre Pio in Foggia, a place that investigators believe could be linked to Soldo and Tolonese.

According to the reconstruction included in the preliminary injunction, Shima supplied cocaine and cannabis to dealers close to the “Società Foggiana” and groups that were also active in Parma and other Italian cities. He was able to release quantities of 5 to 10 kilograms at a time, with an estimated volume of 40,000 doses per month and profits of up to 200,000 euros.
The investigation stems from an investigation by the DDA of Bari (Anti-Mafia Department) into Anna Tolonese (Raffaele's sister), who was under investigation for the crime of usury and was arrested in September 2024. Investigators quickly gathered serious evidence of guilt against the suspects. The crime particularly affected the city of Foggia and its province, Emilia-Romagna, the municipality of Rieti and lower Molise. The criminal activities were carried out by Italian, Albanian, Georgian and Romanian citizens residing in the municipalities of Foggia, San Giovanni Rotondo, Portocannone, Ostuni, Rieti and Langhirano (PR).
Investigative judge Marialuisa Bencivenga, largely accepting the requests of prosecutor Alessio Marangelli, has ordered the imprisonment of 19 people and house arrest for 5 others.
