The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has launched investigations into the intervention in the Erzen River embankment. The prosecution has seized the file that the Municipality of Durrës has made for the rehabilitation of the embankment.

The Head of the Durrës Prosecutor's Office has issued a decision to seize all material evidence.

More specifically, the "procurement, implementation and handover procedure documentation" for the facility was seized.

The "sequestration of the technical-legal documentation of the entire permit procedure" for the facility has also been decided.
