In the investigative file provided by "Ora News", it is clear how Bujar Gërmizi, who owns two hydropower plants in Kukës, police officer Dedan Gjoni, Ismail Zeneli, Artan Sulejmani and other persons, are committed to finding the location of relatives of the two Nela brothers.
Bujar Gërmizi's wife becomes part of the group to search for the location of the Nela brothers, who, while talking to Ismail Zeneli, tells him: "...
sleep, my friend, because I'm taking the bride and she will find my addresses...because she's tired for these addresses. I took him in his own car and left..."
Their sister Silvi Nela is followed and monitored, even when she drives out with a scarf on her head, from the Morina border point in Kukës.
Bujar Gërmizi in Kukës is informed about everything, who also gives instructions on how to act. While Bujar Gërmizi, traveled to Kosovo, passing the photos of the two brothers to Nuredin Duman. The transfer of photos was carried out through "Sky" in the "Alcatraz" code used by Dumani.
It is about the code "XNLTTP" that Dumani talked about murder with Bujar Gërmizin and Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri, with the aim of killing Dorian Duli.
Surprisingly, in both cases, as in the case of Dorjan Duli's plan but also in the case of the plan to kill the two Nela brothers, SPAK has not imposed security measures against Nuredin Duman.
The scheme was clear, someone gathered information and someone else, who in this case was Nuredin Dumani, was contracted to do the paid murder of the two Nela brothers.
But in this file there is another name that this group has planned to kill, that of a person called by the nickname "Qomi", who is described as "bearded" and is from Durrës.
While the person who demanded the murder of the two brothers was Ismail Zeneli. In 2020, citizen Ismail Zeneli alias Luan Sadria communicated with Bujar Ajeti alias Bujar Gjermizi.
From the conversations, it is suspected that Ismail Zeneli was interested in finding and killing the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela, with the aim of revenge for the murder of his brother Xhem Krasniqi alias Guximtar Sadria and for the realization of the criminal purpose he contacted Bujar Ajeti.
Ismail Zeneli, has held several meetings with Bujar Ajeti in Albania and has also carried out several actions in order to identify the apartment of the Nela brothers. Through Artan Sulejmani, he established contact with police officer Dedan Gjoni, identified as user DMI6CF, with whom he contacted and through him managed to find addresses and vehicles from the State Police system for the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela.

Ismail Zeneli, ka hyrë në ambientet e Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Elbasan në zyrën e Dedan Gjonit dhe ka marrë informacione nga sistemet TIMS dhe E-Gjoba lidhur me vëllezërit Albert dhe Edmond Nela…”-thuhet në dosjen hetimore.
Ndërkohë në datën 13 shkurt 2021, në orën 03:23:14 Ismail Zeneli komunikon me Bujar Gërmizin. Pasi përshëndeten,Gërmizi i tregon që motra e vëllezërve Nela, Silvi Nela, ka qenë në Kukës ditën që Ismaili dhe Bujari janë ndarë, që dyshohet për datën 9 shkurt 2021 një ditë para se Ilmail Zeneli të largohej nga Shqipëria.
Bujar Ajeti i shpjegon se Silvi Nela ka qenë në Kukës me një makinë Citroen të kuq dhe se ka kaluar kufirin me shami në kokë, dhe për të kaluar kufirin e ka nxjerrë djali i tezes së saj, të cilit nuk ja përmendin emrin.
Ata diskutojnë se si ta gjurmojnë Silvi Nelën duke diskutuar nëse do i vënë pajisje “GPS” apo do e ndjekin. Bujar Ajeti kërkon që ta ndjekin dhe ti vendosë një rojë nga pas për të mësuar shtëpinë se ku ndodhet.
Madje në bisedë tregon që një miku i tij, e ka takuar Silvi Nelën dhe ka shpresa që ai ti japë informacione Bujarit rreth lëvizjeve të saj.
“…nga verifikimet në sistemin TIMS, referuar edhe bisedave, rezulton se Silvi Beqir Nela ka udhëtuar më 10 shkurt 2021 nga Pika e Kalimit Kufitar Morinë drejt Kosovës me automjetin AA892IA së bashku me Mirgena Veseli.
Në bisedë përmendet që ka udhëtuar me shami në kokë, dhe në fotografinë e sistemit TIMS, Silvi Nela ka një fotografi, në të cilën ka shami në kokë si ato që mbajnë besimtarët e fesë muslimane.
Nga verifikimet e kryera deri në këto momente, dyshohet se Mirgena Veseli është vajza e tezes së Silvi Nelës…”-thuhet në dosjen e prokurorisë.
Vetëm një ditë pas udhëtimit të Silvi Nela në Kosovë, në 14 Shkurt 2021 ditën e Shën Valentinit, Ismail Zeneli bisedon me Bujar Gërmizin. Ky i fundit i thotë se bashkë me bashkëshorten e tij ka kërkuar adrresat e dy vëllezërve Nela, bisedë të cilën ja ka thënë edhe në 13 shkurt.
“…fle u mik se marr nusen e do tmi gjejë adresat…se asaj i vjen noresh për këto adresat. E mar me makinë të vet dhe iki….”-i thotë Bujar Gërmizi, Ismail Zenelit.
Në datën 17 shkurt 2021 Ismaili i dërgon Bujar Gërmizit fotografinë e Edmond Nelës. Gërmizi, këto fotografi nga sistemi TIMS për vëllezërit Edmond dhe Albert Nela si dhe fotografinë e sistemit E-Gjoba për automjetin me targë AB021AE, ja ka dërguar përdoruesit të XNLTTP, që rezulton të jetë Nuredin Dumani.
Gërmizi komunikon me Ismail Zenelin dhe i tregon që fotografitë e vëllezërve i ka shpërndarë tek disa miqtë të tij, ku më parë i ka dërguar fotografi Nuredin Dumanit.
