Part of a football academy in Shkodra, fatal motorcycle accident takes the life of a 13-year-old

Fabian Shpati, the 13-year-old who suffered a fatal motorcycle accident in the village of Stom Golem, Shkodra, has passed away. He was traveling with his 16-year-old friend who lost his life on the spot.

The two minors were returning from training, as they were part of a football academy in Shkodra, “Fc Djelmnia Shkodrane 2017”. The academy has written a message of condolence for the tragic death of the minor.

Today our hearts are broken... He passed away very early, at the age of only 13. Fabian Shpati, a golden boy and talented footballer of the Djelmnia Shkodrane U13 team.

An angel on the field, always with a smile, passion and competitive spirit. Your untimely departure has left us speechless, but your memory will always live in our hearts.

"Rest in peace Fabian, the fields of heaven now have one more champion. Prayers for your soul and sincere condolences to the Shpati family and all friends and colleagues," the post reads.
