Police anti-drug operation in the Kruja area, cannabis sativa seized, one in handcuffs

Kruja Police have prevented and cracked down on a case of cultivation of narcotic plants in a protected area in Krastë.

As part of the "Krasta" operation, citizen Shkëlzen Allushi was arrested.

The police operation codenamed "Krasta" is being finalized by the Krujë Police Commissariat.

A case of cultivation of narcotic plants in a protected area in Krastë is prevented and dealt with.

Saplings planted with the narcotic plant cannabis sativa are seized, 1 citizen is arrested and his accomplice is released on bail.

The services of the Krujë Police Commissariat, in continuation of the work to prevent, identify and crack down on criminal activity in the field of cultivation of narcotic plants, during a massive control of the territory, based on information obtained in operational ways, have prevented and cracked down on a case of attempted cultivation of cannabis.

As part of the "Krasta" operation, they arrested citizen Sh. A., 22 years old, and proceeded at large with citizen MB, 18 years old, both residents of the village of Halil, Fushë-Krujë.

These citizens, in collaboration with each other, are suspected of cultivating the narcotic cannabis sativa plant in a wooded area in the village of Krastë.

Also, following the procedural actions, the vehicle owned by the 22-year-old, who was using it to go to the place where he had cultivated narcotic seedlings, was seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
