A conflict that started on the social network TikTok, while Gjokë Ndrevataj, known as "Aron", was live communicating with followers, almost ended in tragedy late on the evening of December 6 in Tirana. A 26-year-old was brutally beaten, causing extensive damage to his body, just because he commented on Aron and cursed him on his live. Feeling insulted, the character known to many young people who navigate the illegal TikTok in Albania, ordered, together with Xhemal Uka, known as "Fire" on social networks, a person with a significant criminal record for raping the young man, Helidon Marku, 49 years old.
Someone took care to document the serious incident, as during the hammer blow to the head in the area near the Fresku roundabout, they filmed it to send to Gjokë Ndrevataj, who later published it on his social network TikTok as a source of pride. The 26-year-old is said to have suffered extensive damage, a fractured skull, which could have consequences in the future. All because he cursed someone during his live on TikTok.
The agents of the Commissariat No. 4 in Tirana, after identifying the orderers, Aron and Fire, investigated for several days for the author of the event, who turns out to be from Shkodra. Helidon Marku was detained in his apartment in Shkodra, while the arrest notice was sent to him in Tirana. He turns out to be a problematic character with the law, as he previously served a sentence of 11 years and 8 months for injuring 4 Moroccans and 2 Albanians in Italy. In Albania, Marku turns out to be sentenced to 6 years in prison for illegal weapons and drug distribution.
A 33-year-old man, who accompanied Mark during the violence and has refused to tell the police about the incident, was also taken into custody during the investigation. This is not the first time that Gjokë Ndrevataj, known on TikTok as "Aron", has been involved in ordering the rape of other people who insult or curse him during live broadcasts. Sources indicate that he has previously ordered the beating of other Albanian people in Germany and Italy.

"Tirana/The dynamics of the incident that occurred on 06.12.2025, at the roundabout in the Fresku area, where a 26-year-old man was seriously injured by hard objects, are being clarified.
3 citizens involved in this case have been identified, specifically the 2 people who ordered the injury and one of the perpetrators.
The latter is arrested and intensive work is underway to capture the two perpetrators.
All three citizens involved have significant criminal records for crimes against the person.
The arrested person also has a record of illegal possession of weapons.
A citizen is being prosecuted for allegedly accompanying the perpetrator of the injury to the scene of the crime and failing to report the circumstances of the incident.
As a result of the investigative actions carried out with the aim of clarifying the authorship and circumstances of the serious injury of citizen FY, with hard objects, on 06.12.2025, at the roundabout in the Fresku area, the services of Police Commissariat No. 4, within the framework of the "Order" operation, identified 3 citizens involved in this case, specifically HM, 49 years old, Gj. N., 36 years old and Xh. U., 30 years old.
From these actions it resulted that the 36-year-old and the 30-year-old, for weak motives, ordered citizen HM to commit the injury.
Following operational actions, the 49-year-old was arrested and put in handcuffs, while work is underway to arrest citizens Gj. N. and Xh. U., as well as to identify and arrest other citizens suspected of being involved in the injury of the 26-year-old.
Also, proceedings were initiated against citizen TD, 33 years old, as he is suspected of having accompanied citizen HM to commit the crime, and of having refused to declare to the police the circumstances of this event, of which he is suspected of having knowledge.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action."
