Trial/ Florian Lamçen was murdered, Sanxhatari petitions the court: Let me serve the remaining sentence at home!

While today in the premises of the Special Court, Henrik Hoxhaj spoke before the judges about the criminal plan they had made with Nuredin Dumani in 2020, to kill Sokol Sanxhaktari in exchange for 200 thousand euros, the latter from the Reç prison where he is serving his sentence, has requested in the Shkodra court to leave his cell.

Sokol Sanxhaktari, through a request filed on November 25, 2025 with the Shkodra Court Secretariat, requested that he not serve the remaining sentence in prison, but that he continue to serve this part in his home.

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that the request of the Sanxhatari has been considered by the judge, Eni Naqellari, and more specifically, the subject of the request states that:

"...the termination of the sentence served in prison facilities granted on the basis of criminal court decision no. 175 dated March 16, 2022 of the Elbasan District Court, amended by criminal court decision no. 253 dated September 28, 2022 of the Durrës Court of Appeal, being replaced with the serving of the alternative criminal sentence "Staying at home" for the remaining part of the sentence...".

Sokol Sanxhaktari, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for the murder of his friend, Florian Lamçe alias Shkodrani. He claims to have served more than ¾ of the sentence given by the court in prison, requesting that the remaining part of the sentence be served at home.

We recall that in March 2025, the Shkodra court accepted Sanxhatari's request to reduce his sentence to 90 days in prison. Meanwhile, a few months later, the court rejected his request for conditional release from prison.

Since November 2025, a court process has been underway in the Shkodra court related to the subject of the lawsuit for the termination of serving the sentence in prison and serving the remaining sentence in the home.

The Sanxhaktari is the son-in-law of the former mayor of Elbasan, Qazim Sejdini, who passed away several years ago. On July 30, 2020, the Sanxhaktari, together with another person, Adriano Hajdari from Elbasan, executed his friend, Florian Lamçe, with hard objects in Elbasan.

According to police data, at that time the victim had a conflict with Adriano Hajdari and Sokol Sanxhatari, while they had consumed alcohol together.

Sanxhaktari and Hajdari hit him with bottles and sharp objects, and the wounds claimed the 40-year-old's life. The victim, Florian Lamçe, also known by the nickname "Flor Qorri", had previously been sentenced to 3 years in prison for obstruction of justice and was under investigation for two assaults.

He was the brother of Olti Lamçe, the latter sentenced to 24 years in prison for the murder of Almir Cani, a disco owner, in 2012.
