GJKKO has accepted SPAK's request for the seizure of assets that Turkish citizen Ramazan Keskin possesses in Albania.
SPAK informs that among the seized assets are two luxury vehicles Audi SQ7 and Audi Q7, an area of 1,000 square meters of olive grove in the Headquarters as well as shares in several companies.
A European arrest warrant has been issued against the Turkish citizen, as this citizen turns out to be the head of a criminal organization whose criminal activity is drug trafficking and money laundering.
From the administered acts, it appears that Keskin is the head of a criminal organization which has trafficked large quantities of narcotic substances of the type "Heroin" and "Cocaine" in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Germany, where the collection and processing of the narcotic substance took place, which then it was distributed throughout Europe.
From the investigations carried out, it has been found that this citizen has traveled continuously to Albania and cohabited with an Albanian citizen.
Following the investigations carried out, it was documented that he invested significant amounts of money in Albania.
On the part of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime with decision no. 8 dated 02.03.2023, it was decided:
Accepting the request of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime.
