New details have been made public regarding the SPAK action, where arrest warrants have been issued for the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, businessman Ermal Beqiri and Ergys Agas.

It is reported that the GJKKO has also provided security measures for officials of the Bid Evaluation Committee (KVO) at the NAIS and for several members of the Complaints Review Committee.

Karçanaj, Agasi, Beqiri and other officials, for whom measures have been taken but whose names are not yet known, are accused of violating equality in tenders, corruption, abuse of office and money laundering.

We recall that for almost a year, SPAK has been investigating the procedures of 12 tenders, which are suspected of being made in violation.
