At least until the morning of June 8, 2020, when he was shot from Kodra e Krastës more than 400 meters away, while he was in the courtyard of his apartment. But that day, if it weren't for his luck, could have been fatal for his life, if the single bullet that knocked him to the ground hadn't hit him in the shoulder, but in a vital organ. An assassination that took four years to unravel. And this not thanks to the in-depth investigations of the police and the prosecution, but also to the cracking of the code of a safe called Sky Ec, where everyone has already crossed their fingers, and is watching day by day how assassinations and murders were organized in Albania by criminal gangs.

Por kur mendonte se e kishte humbur toruan me ‘xhaxhain’, një atentat i sofistikuar me snajper i ndodhur më 7 janar të vitit 2020, në qendër të qytetit të Rrëshenit, ku biznesmeni Kastriot Reçi, u qëllua nga një distancë e largët me një plumb të vetëm në zemër, duket se Suel Çela e gjeti zgjidhjen për të hequr qafe kundërshtarin e tij.
Suel Çela që pa te ky atentat i realizuar në mënyrë perfekte me snajper, shansin e artë për të provuar edhe njëherë të eleminojë Ardian Çapjan, pikërisht aty nga ku ky i fundit nuk mendonte asesi se mund të qëllohej dhe jo më të vritej.
Kreu i bandës kriminale që shfaqet kaq i etur për gjak në bisedat me bandën e tij, në aplikacionin Sky Eç, aq sa për të hequr qafe rivalin e përjetshëm është i gatshëm të mos kursejë as format më të përgjakshme të pamendueshme. Armë që mendohet se ishte blerë për një shumë prej 50 mijë eurosh. Sasi parash që tregojnë në një farë mënyre edhe cilësinë e armës, ku vrasësi ka shprehur gatishmërinë ta realizojë vetë 90 përqind të punës.
Biseda të cilat duket se ngazëllejnë edhe vetë Suel Çelën. Që në komunikimet e tij me pjesëtarë të ndryshëm të bandës, thotë se qitësi është kaq i saktë, saqë mundet ta kryejë vrasjen për vetëm 2 sekonda të vetme.
Dhe vendi i zgjedhur nga ku do të qëllohej do të ishte një zgafellë e mbuluar me shkurre.
