"Sterilization"/ 6 out of 8 accused requested relaxation of the security measure, the Special Appeal is withdrawn

The Court of Special Appeals is expected to decide today on the request of the 6 accused in the case of the sterilization concession, who asked for the relaxation of the security measure.

It is learned that the Special Appeal has been withdrawn for a decision which will be announced at 1:30 p.m.

Former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj together with the other accused have asked for a milder security measure.

Specifically, Klodian Rjepaj, Ilir Rrapaj, Marsela Serjani, Saimir Kadiu, Arben Gjata, Genc Burazeri have appealed in the Special Appeal.

While Naile Ajazi and Petro Mersini, who are under the obligation to appear, have not appealed.
