21-year-old Arjan Toçi was arrested today during the Temple mega-operation. The young man, known on social networks as the "Sheikh of Durrës", was put in handcuffs after advertising the purchase of tollombacs with dangerous substances, which have been spreading in the country.
Toçi published videos on social networks, inhaling balloons, but also calling for young people to buy the canisters that filled these balloons. In a video posted on social networks, he advertised the product, which is harmful to health, while declaring that a nitrogen bomb costs 90,000 old lek and can fill up to 45 balloons with it.
"Greetings, how are you? Today I got a canister at the balloon. I'll tag it there. It costs 90,000 lek, you can fill 45 balloons, it takes a lot of air. For all of you who want canisters, order, it's better to buy a canister than to buy a balloon for 3,000 ALL," he says.
