Tension in Durrës Municipality, citizen interrupts meeting: "We will turn this hall upside down"

After much debate, a representative of Durrës residents was allowed to enter the Durrës Municipal Council meeting. Flutura Kasa, a member of the Socialist Party, debated with the resident, asking her not to speak until her turn came to discuss point 13.

Meanwhile, members of the DP have demanded the release of the protesters escorted by the police.

"Are we going to continue with your logic, that people protest with their rights and you take them to the police? Is it possible for you to intervene so that those guys who were taken by the police are released or do we turn this hall upside down?" said DP member Dritan Burgija.

They have left the hall to join citizens protesting against the TID project.
