He called his friends to beat Tor Ruçi but they were confronted by Rexhep Ismail, Kostandin Vogli surrenders! The 31-year-old hid all night with a bullet in his body, this is the cause of the conflict in Gjashtë

Kostandin Vogli, the person who was injured yesterday evening in the armed conflict that occurred in the village of Gjashtë, Saranda, surrendered himself this afternoon at the city police station.
He was wounded and not in good health, as at 10:00 PM last night, he received a bullet in the body, initially reported to have hit his leg, and received outpatient treatment all night.
Kostandin Vogli received first aid at the Saranda Hospital and was previously questioned by the prosecutor in the case, who ordered the Police services to secure the room where the 31-year-old is located, until he is taken to the Vlora Regional Hospital.
Sources from the investigation group indicate that Kostandin Vogli had a conflict with citizen Viktor Ruçi, a person registered by the State Police and released from prison only a month ago, and when he learned that he was at Rexhep Ismail's gas station, he called his friends.
The 31-year-old and several other young men entered the bar located in the same building as the "Vëllezërit Ismaili" gas station and demanded to forcibly remove citizen Viktor Ruçi, also known as Tor Ruçi, from the premises.
However, this citizen was at the table with businessman and owner of the premises Rexhep Ismaili, and the latter told the young people that Tor Ruçi was "in his house", in his own home, and therefore no one could touch him.
At this moment, the situation is tense with Kostandin Vogli's group, which wanted to take Tor Ruçi with them in any way, because these two people have an old ownership conflict over a bar in the Lukovë area.
The parties were beaten with fists and hard objects, tables and chairs, until, as reported by unofficial sources, businessman Rexhep Ismaili took the automatic rifle from the bar's counter and started shooting at Kostandin Vogli and his friends.
In conditions where their lives were at risk and in self-defense, one of them (suspected to be Lulëzim Tabaku) responded with a pistol and unfortunately the bullet hit Rexhep Ismail in the head, causing his instant death.
Immediately afterwards, they left the premises of the "Vëllezërit Ismaili" bar and gas station, at the intersection of Gjashtës, in directions still unknown because none of them have been arrested, except for Konstandin Vogli, who surrendered himself after being wounded.
It is reported that the Audi RSQ8 vehicle that was left on the road belongs to the young people and not Rexhep Ismail, but this has not yet been confirmed by the investigation team.
