German tourist feels unwell during cruise in Karaburun, transported to Vlora hospital

In the early hours of Sunday morning, a cruise ship, which was sailing near the Karaburun peninsula, announced that there was a sick person on board.

Following the notification, the Maritime Inter-Operational Center, in cooperation and coordination with various maritime institutions in the Vlora Bay area such as the Coast Guard, the Vlora Port Authority and the Vlora Border Police, provided the necessary assistance by transporting the sick person, who was a 61-year-old German citizen, from the cruise ship.

She was transported to the regional hospital in the city of Vlora for the necessary first aid.
