Lawyer Eni Çobani risks having her license to practice her profession revoked, after breaking the lawyers' boycott by participating in a court session at the Court of Fact in Përmet, although lawyers across the country have been boycotting the sessions for 1 month , contrary to the new judicial map.
It is known that Përmet's lawyers clashed with lawyer Çobani at the entrance of the court, but she entered the building, breaking the boycott.
The Chamber of Advocacy in Gjirokastër, where the lawyers of Përmet are also members, has secured the minutes of the court session in the Court of Përmet and has sent a complaint to the Disciplinary Committee of the National Chamber of Advocates in Tirana requesting that measures be taken against Eni Çobani with license revocation.
