New details emerge regarding the illegal activity that involved the collection, processing and distribution of expired food at a factory in Vora.
The commercial entity "Master AL", where Skifter Tagani appears as a partner, was identified as the center of this illegal activity.
According to police investigations and the official announcement of the Central Bank, the factory had created a well-organized network of collecting expired food from markets in the cities of Tirana, Elbasan, Durrës and in some cases even from outside Albania.
The expiration date of foods was hidden or falsified, only to be returned to the market as consumable.
During the search of the premises of "Master AL", dozens of kilograms of processed products were seized, which, according to the expertise, had expired since January 2025.
Police arrested Florenc Domin, administrator of the commercial entity, and Agim Domin, warehouseman near the factory, in flagrante delicto today.
Meanwhile, Skifter Tagani, who according to official records is a partner in "Master AL", has been criminally prosecuted while at large.
Authorities have launched extensive investigations to uncover the extent of the spread of these products on the market and to identify other accomplices involved in the network of distribution of expired food.
According to data from the National Business Center, the company "Master AL" has as its object the performance and participation in all activities that a limited liability company can exercise under Albanian legislation, and in particular:

In the field of construction: For the implementation and design of civil and economic constructions, earthworks, systematization, terraces, production of prefabricated elements, concrete and reinforced concrete and completion with the necessary installations for them. Civil, industrial, tourist, agricultural constructions, etc. Construction of roads of various categories, asphalt concrete coating of roads/mixed construction/systematization and asphalting of squares.
Opening of sports complexes, opening of buffet bars, restaurants, hotels, service points, car washes, tourist villages, motels, as well as agencies for the sale, purchase and rental of movable and immovable property, commission agencies, transport of passengers and goods both domestically and internationally.
