VIDEO/ Massive civic revolt, elderly man: I live on a meager pension! I hope death comes to me when Albania is liberated

Many elderly people have joined the massive protests that have been going on for 21 days against Edi Rama's government, who, like any other age group, face different problems every day.

One of them said that he lives on a meager pension, adding that he hopes death will come after the country is liberated from the current political class. He says that nothing else in the world comes before the homeland.

"I only think death will come to me when Albania is liberated. I have no material interests myself, I live on a meager pension. However, I come here, with a coffee and a pack of cigarettes. Nothing is placed above Albania, neither mother nor father. Nothing is placed above the homeland ," he said.
