Bicycles and skateboards stolen, 19-year-old arrested and two others wanted

The capital's police have uncovered several cases of skateboard and bicycle thefts that occurred during the month of April in various areas of Tirana.
A 19-year-old man was arrested by the police, while two young men were wanted.
" The services of Police Commissariat No. 2, in continuation of the work to crack down on criminal activity in the field of theft, based on the complaints of several citizens, regarding cases of theft of their skateboards and bicycles, and on information provided by police intelligence, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Mystery".
As part of the operation, citizen AM, 19 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested and citizens AU, 32 years old and AH, 22 years old, suspected of being accomplices, were declared wanted.
At the time of the arrest, citizen AM was found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected cocaine.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these three citizens, during the month of April, stole 3 bicycles and 3 skateboards, belonging to different citizens, in different areas of Tirana.
"Investigations are continuing to uncover other thefts that may have been committed by these citizens ," the police statement said.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution Office for further action, for the criminal offense of "Theft", committed in collaboration.
