According to him, the decision to leave Majlindi without a lawyer and not to support him in court was deliberate, since the brother had admitted the crime.
" We went with the thought that he has accepted it there and everything is over. When he said that they beat and tortured me, then I am obliged, as much as possible, to clarify the issue, that I am also in trouble ", said Ilir Habibi.
He describes his brother as an impulsive man, but at the same time easily influenced by circumstances and pressure.
