After four days of efforts, it has been possible to completely extinguish the fire at the Bushati landfill, restoring the situation to normal and eliminating the risk of further spread.

Local structures, the fire service, and the landfill's technical staff were involved in the operation, working in a coordinated manner to isolate the area and neutralize the flames.

The director of the landfill maintenance company said that the footage has been filed with the competent authorities and investigations are ongoing, although it appears that the fire was not intentional.
