The leader of the DP, Sali Berisha, seems to hope that together with Edi Rama, through a "national salvation agreement" PS-DP, they will recycle themselves and the corrupt political caste, as has happened these 36 years after the great movements and upheavals of Albanian society.
While Albanians have had 140 days of initially peaceful protests and 5 days of more escalating ones, the old political class continues to pretend not to understand that the overthrow of the system represented by Rama-Berisha is required, which under the guise of "democracy and pluralism", has captured the parties, the electoral system, the economy and the media, playing the game as if they are "enemies" and any solution to crises like the current one can bring "stability" and "solutions", only from those two who pretend not to hear the Albanians who are shouting: Rama in prison, Berisha in prison!.
So today, in a conversation with his followers on FB, after pretending to support the protest, he sent them a discouraging and fatalistic message: Rama is never overthrown by protests!
