Chicken breast with milk

Ingredients:

500 g chicken meat
50 g butter
50 g Ola flour
1/2 lemon
1 egg yolk
Salt, pepper
Dill and parsley

Preparation:

Boil the pieces of meat in water with salt and pepper. In a pot, fry the wheat flour with butter until it turns yellow, extinguish it with milk and add the broth and chicken meat. Then squeeze the lemon and beat it with the egg yolk, add it to the broth, being careful not to cut it. Finally, add dill and parsley to the dish as desired.
