BKH searched the apartment, Balluk's former secretary appears before SPAK

The Director of the Albanian Electric Power Corporation (KESH), Viola Haxhiademi, has appeared at the premises of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), where she was questioned as part of the investigations related to the "Balluku" file.

Haxhiademi, who previously held the position of Secretary General at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, has been questioned by SPAK before on this issue. Her name has also been included in the control actions carried out by the National Bureau of Investigation. In December 2025, the BKH carried out a search of Haxhiademi's apartment, as part of investigations into public tenders in the infrastructure and energy sector.

Haxhiademi served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy during the time when the ministry was headed by Belinda Balluku. She has been mentioned as one of the people close to the former Deputy Prime Minister, while SPAK investigations are examining tender procedures and the relationships between officials and entities involved in these procedures.
