The Special Court of Appeal has upheld the decision to seize the second villa, which is suspected to be the property of former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.
The Appeals Court's decision was made following the appeal of Igli Tare, who opposed the seizure of assets, previously decided by the Court of First Instance, following the request of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK).
According to journalist Anila Hoxha's reporting, the case was reviewed by the Special Court of Appeal after Tara appealed the first instance decision.
With the Appeals decision, the seizure of the villa remains in force, while the property continues to be under the measure set by the court, within the framework of SPAK's investigations.
