DASH: America, ready to negotiate to end the war in Ukraine!

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke today with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy to discuss the leaders' summit convened by the UK on March 2 on Ukraine.

In an official statement, the US State Department says the Secretary thanked Foreign Secretary Lammy for the United Kingdom's role in encouraging Europe to ensure its protection and promote peace in Ukraine.

"The Secretary confirmed that the United States is ready to negotiate to end the Ukraine-Russia conflict and will continue to work with the United Kingdom toward peace in Ukraine," the State Department statement said.
