The +18 movie actress is found dead in her apartment

Jesse Jane, the 43-year-old red stamp actress, was found dead along with her boyfriend, Brett Hasenmueller. It is suspected that both died due to overdose. It is learned that the police intervened in their house for an inspection following the request of Bret's employer, who had not been able to contact him for days. After entering, the police made the gruesome discovery of the dead bodies of the two.

It is unclear exactly how long Jesse and Brett had been dead or even the exact cause of their deaths. American media write that the death may be related to drugs. Investigations and medical expertise will give the final decision, after all the necessary tests have been carried out.

Jesse Jane, aka Cindy Taylor, was one of the biggest porn stars of the 2000s. She made her debut with Digital Playground, a pornographic film production company, in 2002 and shortly after, began appearing on “Family Business” on Showtime.

From there, her career in the red stamp film industry began. She starred in a series of popular adult films such as "Pirates" and the sequel "Pirates II" which reportedly cost around $8 million and is considered one of the most popular and expensive porn films.

Jesse Jane also appeared in Playboy as a special edition cover girl while also working as host for Playboy TV's two popular live shows, Night Calls and Naughty Amateur Home Videos. She has received numerous awards, including the AVN awards several times. In 2011, she was considered by the American broadcaster CNBC as one of the 12 most popular stars of the porn film industry, defining her as "the face of modern pornography".

Outside of adult entertainment, Jesse Jane has launched several successful sex toy lines and made several appearances in mainstream movies, including Starsky & Hutch, Entourage, and The Bad Girls Club. In 2003, she made a cameo appearance in Baywatch: Wedding in Hawaii. In 2009, she participated in a CNBC documentary titled Porn: Business of Pleasure, which revealed what her life was like behind the scenes and away from the cameras. After retiring from porn in 2017, she filmed a single sex scene for the production company Blacked in 2019, before retiring for good.
