Over an hour out, "Meta" shows what happened to Facebook and Instagram

The META company has reacted for the first time after a problem in its social networks that lasted for more than an hour today.

Millions of people around the world were suddenly kicked out of their Facebook, Instagram and Threads accounts, leading many to fear that their accounts had been "hacked".

But according to META, it was a technical issue that has already been resolved.

“ We know some people had problems accessing your apps before. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while our teams worked quickly to resolve it ," the company said in a statement.
