Russian authorities have arrested a suspect in the murder of Russian General Yaroslav Moskalik, who was killed in a car explosion on Friday.
The Russian state news agency TASS considers the arrested person to be an "agent of the Ukrainian special services."
Russia's Federal Security Service released a video of the man's arrest and claimed he had bought the car that exploded in Balashikha, less than 20 miles east of Moscow.
Moscow accuses him of planting the explosive device, but said it was detonated from Ukraine, according to TASS.
Kiev has not reacted after the event and has not taken responsibility for its organization.
