"They have no conditions for the disabled"/ Citizen denounces public transport in Tirana: I feel insulted...

A citizen has raised her concern regarding the way people with disabilities are treated on public transport in Tirana, specifically regarding the behavior of bus staff.
It shows that, although in some cases the basic conditions exist, the lack of attention and proper behavior on the part of drivers and conductors makes it difficult to use buses.
"I don't live here, I come for vacation, I'm disabled as you can see. It strikes me that when I get on the bus when I can't get a taxi, the driver, from time to time, passes by and doesn't stop at all. The tickets are so... I don't know, or they need to make some kind of specialization so that disabled people are not prohibited from getting on the bus. They even have a special place for a wheelchair, or for any type of disabled vehicle," she says in a statement for Panorama TV.
The citizen emphasizes that she feels insulted by the way she is treated in the capital, while adding that the problem is not only related to infrastructure, but also to human behavior.
"In Tirana I feel completely insulted. The conditions are there, they lack a platform to get in at the door. Come on, that's not what I'm asking for, but their behavior. One told me today, "go away," he said. The driver doesn't see whether the disabled person has taken a seat or not. Maybe he's not obligated to do it, but the world outside does. I don't know, it's a request, in my opinion, feasible, not unfeasible, and to insult me with a receipt, to tell me "take a taxi if you want, if you want" ," she says.
The citizen called on the responsible institutions to intervene to improve the situation, emphasizing that the problem is on several transport lines in the city.

In Tirana I feel completely insulted. They have the conditions, they lack a platform to get in at the door. Come on, I'm not asking for that, but their behavior. One person told me today, "go," he said. The driver doesn't see if the disabled person has taken a seat or not. Maybe he's not obligated to do it, but the world outside does. I don't know, it's a request, in my opinion, feasible, not unfeasible, and for the ticket clerk to insult me, to tell me "take a taxi if you want, if you want." I told him they're not making way for me, because people don't create the conditions either, someone gives me their hand and I sit down. "Go," the ticket clerk says, I said, "will I fall here?" I'm very touched, I was attached and raised in this country. I'm sick, I get treated in France. But such behavior in my country, where I come with great desire, touches me.
And I opened the topic to the controller to tell the bill collectors to be more polite to the disabled, to help them, to lend a hand. As is done in the world. He told me I am not for this job. I appeal, a request to the body that deals with this work, to instruct these people a little when they hire them and give them the task. I live in "Foreign Languages", and there are all the lines that come from Sauk. Wherever it is. I take the bus and often I don't get on because they don't create the conditions for me. They lack courtesy, they lack the desire to help them, which is their duty, in my opinion. "Go get a taxi", in the form of an order. I am sorry to make a remark, because Albania and Tirana, because I have traveled to several cities, have many advances, but the essence is missing. I feel sorry for the sick.
