Escalation of conflict in the Middle East, more than 200 people killed in Lebanon

The conflict in Iran has escalated. The Health Ministry in Beirut announced that the number of people killed by Israeli attacks in Lebanon has doubled within 24 hours.
According to the Lebanese ministry, the number of victims has reached 217.
The ministry added that another 798 people were injured. It is not clear how many of the victims were civilians.
Tens of thousands of Lebanese citizens have fled the capital Beirut in recent days after the Israeli military issued evacuation orders.
