The extraordinary story of the woman who lives in the most isolated village in

Salina Alsworth, a 27-year-old woman who lives in one of the most remote villages in the world, has shared her unique experience, where food and other necessities are delivered to her by plane every two months. Salina lives in Port Alsworth, a village in Alaska, USA, that has a population of just 180 people and is isolated from larger cities.

She and her husband, Jared Richardson, a tourist from Detroit, Michigan, live in the village, where they have had to adapt to extraordinary living conditions. Salina said her husband has embraced life in the village, despite the challenges it presents, including flying to the nearest city, Anchorage, to get supplies.

The village has very few opportunities for entertainment or other services. There are no shops, bars or restaurants and, due to the cold weather conditions and snowstorms, residents are dependent on air transport to get supplies. Although there is a small clinic, residents who need more advanced medical treatment must travel by plane to the nearest city.

"Winter is especially difficult because of the distance and weather conditions, and everything that comes by plane is very important for our lives," Salina said.

Despite the difficult conditions, Salina and her husband have created a happy life in this remote village, facing the daily challenges of life in a place that is unlike any other in the world.
