The scandal in Britain, the guard performs sexual relations with the prisoner in the cell

A video showing a female officer at London's HMP Wandsworth prison having sex with one of the prisoners in her cell has gone viral on the internet and has brought the British Ministry of Justice to its feet.
In the video filmed by another prisoner who is consuming narcotics, the officer is seen in intimate moments with one of the convicts, while in the background the messages from her radio about the progress of order inside the institution are heard.
The guard, who appears to be in her 20s, is seen on her knees performing a sexual act, before unbuttoning her uniform and pulling down her pants to continue intercourse with the prisoner. The identification number on the uniform is WW 1098 and is prominently displayed in the video as is her face.
The prisoner filming even jokes and brags about breaking prison rules, writing: "This is how we live in Wandsworth".
Police and prison chiefs are now investigating the 4.5-minute-long video, which was taken at Britain's second-largest prison in south London.
The sexually explicit video was released just a month after a report by Britain's Inspectorate of Prisons cited Wandsworth - which is home to 1,500 prisoners - as urgently needing improvement due to rising violence.
The prison's governor, Katie Price, resigned during the inspection, which highlighted "systemic failures stemming from poor leadership".
