Another massacre in Gaza, Israel kills 26 Palestinian civilians

An Israeli airstrike hit a police station in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, killing at least 10 people, local health authorities said. The Israeli military said it had struck a command center for Hamas and Islamic Jihad groups.
Medics said two Israeli rockets hit the police station, located near a market, leading to dozens of people being injured in addition to 10 deaths. The identities of those killed were not immediately clear.
The Israeli military said in a statement, apparently referring to the same incident, that it struck a command and control center operated by Hamas and allied Islamic Jihad groups in Jabalia, which the militants were using to plan and execute attacks against Israeli forces.
Local health authorities said Israeli strikes killed at least 16 more people in separate airstrikes across the enclave, bringing Thursday's death toll to 26.
Since the collapse of the January ceasefire on March 18, Israeli attacks have killed more than 1,900 Palestinians, many of them civilians, according to Gaza health authorities, and hundreds of thousands have been displaced after Israel occupied what it calls a buffer zone of Gaza land.
Efforts by Arab mediators Qatar and Egypt, supported by the United States, have so far failed to reconcile the differences between the two warring parties, Israel and Hamas.
Meanwhile, pro-Palestinian protesters gathered at Yale University to protest a visit by Israeli Defense Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir. According to reports, about 200 demonstrators gathered and eight tents were set up. The protesters attempted to ambush the Israeli official but were unable to confront him.
