Drug trafficking through mail from the US, two cases busted! The recipient of one package is in custody, the other is wanted

Police have cracked down on two cases of drug trafficking through the mail from the US to our country.
The Blues have arrested the recipient of one package in Elbasan, while a citizen suspected of receiving another package in Vora has been declared wanted.
-operation "Shipment 1", during which a 32-year-old RH citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto, receiving 2 packages of approximately 4 kg of Cannabis, with a high percentage of THC, at a post office in Elbasan;
-operation "Shipment 2", during which citizen FI, 21 years old, was identified and declared wanted, as he was suspected of receiving a package containing approximately 3.7 kg of Cannabis, with a high percentage of THC, at a post office in Vora.
Also seized were 3 packages containing 7.7 kg of cannabis with a high THC percentage.
DVP Tirana/Intensive investigations and complex operational actions are continuing against cases of trafficking from the USA of Cannabis with a high THC percentage, with the aim of selling it in Tirana.
In 24 hours, 2 cases of this criminal activity were cracked down on.
3 packages containing 7.7 kg of Cannabis Sativa with a high THC percentage were seized.
The recipient of one of the packages was arrested in Elbasan.
The citizen suspected of receiving the next package in Vora is identified and declared wanted.
✅The number of cases of Cannabis trafficking from the USA, cracked down on this week by the Tirana Police, has reached 5. In total, around ❌10 kg of Cannabis with a high THC percentage were seized and ❌8 citizens implicated in this criminal activity were identified.
The Narcotics Investigation Section and the Tirana Prosecution Office, in cooperation with the Special Operations Force, the Rinas Police Commissariat and the Albanian Post Transit Center Branch, recently conducted:
-operation "Shipment 1", during which a 32-year-old RH citizen was arrested in flagrante delicto, receiving 2 packages of approximately 4 kg of Cannabis, with a high percentage of THC, at a post office in Elbasan;
-operation "Shipment 2", during which citizen FI, 21 years old, was identified and declared wanted, as he was suspected of receiving a package containing approximately 3.7 kg of Cannabis, with a high percentage of THC, at a post office in Vora.
Work is underway to capture the 21-year-old, as well as to identify and bring to criminal responsibility the citizens who ordered the narcotics.
The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
