Trump reveals phone call with Putin: We talked about Ukraine and the Middle East

US President Donald Trump has announced that he had a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which he described as "good".

Trump said that during the conversation, the war in Ukraine was discussed, as well as the situation in the Middle East.

According to him, Putin has expressed willingness to "help in the Middle East," but Trump stressed that he has asked him to play a more important role in ending the war in Ukraine.

"The call was good. We talked about Ukraine. He wants to help in the Middle East, but I told him he needs to be helpful in ending the war in Ukraine," Trump said.
