The Iranian military has announced that it struck an Israeli military intelligence center in the heart of Tel Aviv with a missile last night.
"The intelligence center of the Zionist regime was hit at its core, with a guided missile, despite the enemy's multiple layers of defense, which are also being supported by the Americans," said Iranian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Reza Talaei-Nik.
Meanwhile, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in a press statement described the attack as an " effective operation, despite the presence of highly advanced defense systems." According to them, "the center is currently on fire."
Footage shared on social media, according to CNN, shows four rockets appearing to fall near interceptor missiles and a military facility in central Israel.
On the other hand, an Israeli military official told the media that since the start of the Iranian operation, "there have been strikes on civilian targets as well as military targets."
