"Balluku" file for violation of equality in tenders in 9 cases, SPAK closes investigations for former head of ARRSH, Evis Berber

The Special Prosecution Office has communicated to Evis Berberi, the former director of the Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH), the completion of the investigations within the framework of the "Balluku" file.

The barber has been charged with "Violating equality of participants in public tenders or auctions" in nine cases.

The former head of the ARA is one of 26 defendants in the file related to the investigations into former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and suspected irregular public procurement procedures.

In the context of this case, SPAK has also completed the investigations into Balluk and other persons involved in the file, which is expected to go to trial in the Special Court.
