Sinamati does not go further with mentioning the name of Rama's candidate for the extraordinary elections in Kukës.
And for this there is a reason that is more than personal, related to the boredom that could cause Sali Berisha in Tirana.
However, it has already been confirmed that the candidate of Rama and SP in Kukës will be the current prefect, Albert Halilaj.
And what Admir Sinamati says is true: Halilaj is actually a "different candidate" even from Safet Gjici, whom Rama reconfirms in the May 14 elections.
Rama's new candidate does not only represent the SP, but also a part of the dome of Reestablishment in Tirana and precisely the narrow financial interests of Sali Berisha himself and the one that the lecturingists know they have as General Secretary, Flamur Nokës.
The connection is direct.
Albert Halili is the grandson of Edi Rama and Berisha's favorite oligarch, Shefqet Kastrati.
This movement explains a lot about what Berisha is actually doing with the Albanian democrats for two years and specifically with those from Kuksia currently.
The Democratic Party and its leader Lulzim Basha left the Kukës branch free to work and position itself for the exit of the opposition with a single candidate winning all the opposition factors in Kukës.

If there is a point of connection between Edi Rama and Sali Berisha that is not a secret at all, it is the oligarch Kastrati and his financing on both sides.

The American and then the British embassies blacklisted him as a financier of the political and media war of the "Nongrata Berisha" movement against the USA, Great Britain and as a "buyer" of deputies within the Democratic Party in favor of Reestablishment and the destruction of this pro-Western force.
Kastrati now wants to complete his pashalak, Kukës, (Rruga e Kombit, airport, customs from where oil flows in Kosovo, etc.), by taking the municipality, (traditionally democratic), with his nephew, the candidate of Rama and with " Berisha's "debunked experiments" with Kuksian democrats.
Let Berisha lead the "pig in a sack" once again to the Kuksi democrats, as he has done for two years with all the deceived throughout Albania.
The important thing is that the towers get taller, the businesses of the family circle flourish and that Edi Rama's clients continue to finance his fight against the USA and the West for "dignity"!/ Alfapress.al
