"From manual workers to engineers"/ 1700 job vacancies announced

The National Employment Agency has listed 1,700 job vacancies in various sectors of the economy over the last month.

The most sought-after professions are those that require medium or technical skills. Specifically, employers are looking for manual workers, in sectors such as construction, manufacturing and logistics. At the same time, there is a high need for service workers, mainly waiters and salespeople. The list of requirements also includes more specialized professions, such as electricians, engineers and mechanics.

But, although opportunities to find a job exist, the biggest challenge remains a qualified workforce.

Experts say that a large portion of young people intend to leave the country, while another portion rejects jobs due to low salaries or inadequate conditions.

In this situation, businesses are increasingly facing difficulties recruiting employees, while the state is trying to increase awareness and training through professional courses.
